How to set up 2 meals per day for 2 days?
1) Setting the feeding time for the first 2 meals；
2) Set the time for the remaining 2 meals to12:00 AM (12H clock)；
3) The feeder can memorize your schedules and will repeat daily as long as it’s powered on.
I set times for 4 meals, why does this automatic cat feeder wet food only show 2?
1) This feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon disappears once the plan is complete, and lights up the next day
2) The feeder will only show one repeating feeding schedule, the others will be reset to 12:00am.
How to turn on/off feeding prompt sound?
After unlocking the panel press and hold both the “setting” and “+” button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep to turn the feeding alert sound on or off.
Why doesn’t the lid of my feeder close tightly?
1.Please double check that the ice pack are aligned with the slot on the base.
2.Note: Do not freeze the ice packs upright, as this may cause it to bulge and affect the normal operation of the feeder.
